Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will look to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that consumable products are not returnable. Please do not ship or return any packages without prior notifications. All returns without prior approval will be discarded on receipt.
